AMERSON MUSIC MINISTRIES INC.

Amerson Music Ministries is a 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation, established in 1988, designed for ministry to the local church, the church at large and to the general marketplace. Amerson Music Ministries was created to assist Steve Amerson as he touches lives and effects culture through music. Steve's unique communication gift of speaking, singing and composing has been dedicated to God and used mightily in churches, as well as other ministries and non-profit organizations throughout the world. Steve has also been heard in performances at Carnegie Hall, the Hollywood Bowl and with symphony orchestras here and abroad, and on countless feature films, commercials and television shows. The vision of Amerson Music Ministries is to act as an agent of Jesus Christ to reach the un-churched, change lives and influence culture with an encouraging and uplifting message of hope and joy that is found in Christ Jesus. The mission of Amerson Music Ministries is to assist Steve Amerson in utilizing his God-given gifts and talents to help build the Kingdom of God here on earth. As “America's Tenor”, Steve has been given the unique opportunity and humbling honor of serving as the voice of the Congressional Medal of Honor Society and our treasured Congressional Medal of Honor Recipients. His ministry to these American hero's, our Wounded Warriors and our veterans is bringing “living water” to the desert. For Steve, this has enlarged the direction and purpose of Amerson Music Ministries. With his recent CD, “Amazed by America” and numerous patriotic events, Steve is increasingly drawn to call America to a restored relationship with God and country. Starting in July of 2014, Steve has given leadership to the first weekly worship services held in the United States Capitol. Known as The Jefferson Gathering, Steve travels to Washington, DC twice a month to sing and lead worship and spend time praying with and encouraging elected officials and those that work on Capitol Hill. Amerson Music Ministries can do this only with the assistance of donors who embrace the importance of this work. A nine-member Board of Directors oversees Amerson Music Ministries. Income for the ministry comes from contributions, honorariums, product sales and royalties. All income goes directly to the ministry and Steve is paid a salary from AMM that is determined by the board. The ministry's financial statement is available upon request.
