Bluestem Housing Partners, NPF

Bluestem Housing Partners, a registered nonprofit agency, provides housing programs that promote independent living solutions for people with special needs. Residents in our buildings often have disabilities that prevent them from living independently without support services. We partner with other nonprofit agencies to provide on-site support services such as case management, life skills training, transportation, and others as needed. All of our housing is affordable to the residents. Typically, residents pay 30% of their monthly income as rent. We work to find each resident rental assistance to pay the remaining amount of their rent. We own over 250 apartments. Every tenant has a 12 month lease to their own apartment that includes a kitchen, bathroom, living room and bedroom. We do not offer shared housing. Our vision is a world where every person has a place where they can live with dignity. We offer affordable housing with support services to make that a reality.
