CASA of Pueblo
Our Mission
CASA Volunteers advocate for abused and neglected children in Court. CASA programs recruit, screen, train and supervise CASA Volunteers.
Who We Are
Every year in the United States, thousands of children are thrust into the Court system due to abuse and/or neglect. Sometimes these children are lost in a vast and complicated system that was originally meant to protect them. CASA Volunteers are ordinary citizens who are specially trained to advocate and be a voice in Court for a child during the duration of the court process.
CASA of Pueblo's staff is responsible for recruiting, screening, training and supervising CASA Volunteers. Our specially educated and trained staff are the confidons of our volunteers; ensuring that any issues that arise are addressed and fill-in for volunteers when they are unable to attend certain meetings.
