4C Coalition is a 501(c)3 non profit organization dedicated in transforming lives by connecting caring adult mentors to vulnerable, at-risk youths. We're a community-based mentoring program with more than a decade of experience in recruiting and training mentors, pairing them with at-risk youths, and supporting the youth/mentor relationship to increase its power and duration.
