Elam Ministries

We have seven core initiatives all aimed at sharing the love of Christ with Iranians throughout the Iran region. 1. LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT Wherever trained leaders are serving in the Iran region, individuals, families and communities are coming to Christ. This project enables Elam to provide leadership training to Iranians willing to serve, despite persecution. We believe this will significantly accelerate healthy church growth in the heart of the Muslim world. 2. CHURCH PLANTING IN THE IRAN REGION Despite the risk of persecution, courageous Iranian Christians are eager to strengthen and expand the Iranian church. This project enables Elam to send them across the Iran region. The result will be growing house churches in over 100 cities in the heart of the Muslim world. 3. SCRIPTURE PRINTING AND DISTRIBUTION There is an unprecedented hunger to read the Bible in Iran. This project will provide New Testaments and complete Bibles in Persian for evangelism and discipleship. The Word of God changes nations. As these Scriptures get into the hands of Iranians, many hearts and minds will be transformed by the love of Christ. 4. SATELLITE TV AND MEDIA MINISTRY Satellite TV and media send the message of the Bible into millions of Iranian homes that otherwise would never hear the Gospel. Our goal is to develop, produce and broadcast high quality Christian programs to enable more Iranians to encounter Christ and grow in faith. 5. WOMEN'S MINISTRY Iranian women are particularly responsive to the love of Jesus. They are playing a major role in church growth. This project has three goals: train Iranian women for ministry, bring healing where there has been abuse, and develop a biblical view of women within the Iranian church. 6. CHILDREN'S MINISTRY The disillusionment of Iranians with Islam means that parents are increasingly willing to let their children learn about Jesus. This project provides children's Bibles, weekly TV programming, and Internet resources to reach the next generation and shape the future of Iran. 7. ADVOCACY AND RELIEF FOR THE PERSECUTED Persecution remains one of the most serious challenges faced by Iranian Christians living and serving inside Iran. This project provides advocacy, as well as financial and pastoral support for persecuted Iranian Christians and their families. For some, it enables them to remain inside Iran. For others who are forced to leave Iran, it helps them resettle and continue ministering to Iranians in other countries in the Iran region and beyond.
