Elephants Without Borders/EWB Inc.

Elephants Without Borders (EWB) uses state-of-the-art technology, to monitor the movements, status and behavior of wildlife, addressing complex issues regarding wildlife ecology through research studies and sharing the results with decision makers and local communities. Sharing this information allows us to work towards securing key habitats and migratory corridors for wildlife to flourish. EWB also provides advisory services to governments, private sector, local communities, researchers, journalists and film-makers. In addition to EWB's ongoing research projects, the organization has a broad array of programs in order to reach a common goal to achieve conservation at a meaningful scale including: Community education and co-existence program, wildlife rescue operations, large-herbivore research, aerial survey program, a satellite Research Station in the Okavango Delta of Botswana and conceptualized and was the lead executing the Great Elephant Census which was the first and only Continental aerial survey of elephants across Africa.
