Who We Are

FamilyAid Boston provides a comprehensive set of services to: prevent families from becoming homeless whenever possible; provide 24/7 emergency shelter so that no family spends a night on the street; help homeless families regain their self-sufficiency and transition into permanent housing; and provide stabilization services such as employment assistance, education enrollment, and financial literacy to help ensure that newly-housed families remain in permanent homes. FamilyAid Boston is one of the leading homeless service organizations in Massachusetts, providing critical assistance to more than 800 families and 4,000 clients each year.
