Who We Are

GOAL is an international humanitarian organization dedicated to alleviating the suffering of the poorest of the poor in the developing world. GOAL saves lives while providing the tools and knowledge to break the cycle of poverty. Since inception in 1977, GOAL has provided access to fundamental needs such as food, safe water, shelter, medical attention and literacy, and implements long-term development programs in health, nutrition, education, livelihoods and child protection. With 3,000 staff in 17 countries, serving over 4 million people, GOAL operates with a low administrative cost to ensure funds are allocated to those most in need.
