Our Mission

The Hyssop Project is a bold new step for Hope Alive! Clinic Ministries. It is indeed, clean water for a thirsty land. In the areas of our clinics, there is no fresh clean water. We installed the first clean water system at our Mariani Clinic. The result: clean and great tasting water! We strive to install another system at our Tricon clinic. Our vision is to supply each clinic, nearby churches, orphanages, schools, and locals with FRESH water.

Who We Are

Frank and Leslee Jacobs have been members of Come Alive! Church since 1983. At Creation '82, two weeks after their wedding, God spoke to their hearts to help the poor of Haiti. At that time, Leslee was Dr. Rev. Harry Thomas' secretary (founder of Creation festivals). For 16 years they served on short trips to Haiti, became ham radio operators to patch phone calls for missionaries, and worked with Haiti missions stateside. In 1998, the vision for Hope Alive! Clinic was birthed.
