L2LC was conceived out of the need for healthy, Christian leaders to mentor young people in Asia. In southeast Asia, there is a wave of young people rising up with the potential to significantly impact their community, nation, and world. They have discipline and passion to make a difference in the communities around them, BUT they need mentors who will love them with the love and hope of Christ, and to challenge them to chose to live for Christ. The harvest field of youth in China alone is overwhelming (400 million between the ages of 0-25) but our vision is to mentor, disciple and challenge one individual at a time and to let Jesus increase the number and provide the resources needed to accomplish His purpose. L2LC will focus in two locations: Shenzhen, a city where the median age is 30 among 13-15 million people, and Wuhan where there are 105 secondary vocational & technical schools with 98.6K students and 80 colleges and universities with 966.4K undergraduates and junior college students, 107.4K postgraduate students. Our Program: Currently we are developing two Business as Mission projects. Both are focused in coffee industry: Coffee roasting company and a coffee retail business/intercultural club.
