Our Mission

A Christ centered, 501(c)(3) ministry helping men coming out of prison or the legal system to become self-supporting, tax-paying members of the community as well as good husbands, fathers, workers, and citizens. This collaboration with the local court system is founded upon a) biblical principles, b) inherent worth of each individual, c) mentoring, and d) providing positive community and role models.

Who We Are

Man4Man Ministries started when our founder, Bob Blume, was asked by a prison inmate (to whom he was ministering) if Bob would mentor him after his imminent release from prison. That first mentoring meeting took place in 2000 around a kerosene heater in the back of Bob's Pro Shop (Bob's sporting goods store). The next week that guy brought 13 of his ex-offender friends, and Man4Man Ministries was launched.
