Founded in 1997, Multicultural Community Service (MCS) is committed to ensuring that all of those in our nation's capital have the opportunity to succeed and that barriers to success are eliminated. We believe that diverse and vibrant communities are the key to making Washington, DC and its residents thrive. Dedicated to encouraging, promoting and facilitating broad and inclusive civic participation, our Language Services Program provides interpretation and translation services, as well as a variety of support for individuals, professional development, and organizations.
