Our Mission

The NAWBO Spirit Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, is on a mission to expand its reach and increase its impact within the women’s business community. WHAT WE DO: • Provide a 9 month program for middle-highschool aged girls that creates the next generation of entreprenuers. • Work with the community to support established and emerging programs aimed at promoting and encouraging women-owned businesses • Provide funding for programs, such as internships or mentoring, aimed at school-age, college and adult students • Provide unique opportunities to teach young high school aged girls about entrepreneurship

Only through the help of mentors, education and guidance can we power the dreams of young women leaders and set the stage for brighter futures. The NAWBO® Spirit Foundation needs your help. Together, we will strengthen the women’s business community through entrepreneurial and philanthropic education. Say Yea! To Promoting the Women Entrepreneurs of Tomorrow. Our 9-month Young Entrepreneurs Academy (YEA!) teaches middle and high school girls how to develop and create their own businesses. We bring together business and educational communities with trained instructors, guest lecturers and successful entrepreneur role models.
