On the Edge exists to help leaders and organizations catch their breath, set strategic goals, and learn to walk and lead by faith and not by sight.
Who We Are
On the Edge Ministries is a non-for-profit Christian consulting ministry that is based out of the Chicago Land area in North Eastern IL. We seek to offer wordclass consulting to non-for-profits of any kind at no cost to them. We offer our services on a donation bases only asking for the cost of expenses when necessary.
Our consultants have several decades of combined non-for-profit leadership having served in executive and management positions. We can help organizations set goals, fundraise, market, and expand their impact for the gospel. We can help leaders develop better leadership habits, work towards spiritual and emotional health, and care for the people that God has placed under their leadership. whether it is building a new building, hiring new people, or finding a way to keep your doors open we promise that we can help. If an issue is discovered that is beyond our expertise our consultant will work with you to find someone who is capable of helping your organization.
