PARTNERSHIPS IN COMMUNITY LIVING, INC.

Our organization was founded 29 years ago with the mission to “Expand the Horizons and Enhance the Quality of Life for Those We Support”. PCL is nationally recognized for their person-centered programs that provide opportunities for the people it serves to live in their own homes, be a part of their community and, for those who are able, to have jobs out in the community. In other words, to have a life that reflects their hopes, dreams and desires. Currently, PCL provides support services for 250 people ranging in age from 10 years to 70 years in 7 Oregon counties including Polk, Marion, Benton, Jackson, Josephine, Lane and Clackamas. As an organization, PCL is committed to supporting the communities where the people we serve live, work and play. To accomplish this goal PCL is involved with building effective partnerships with local service organizations, schools and other community entities to expand the knowledge and interaction of PCL and the people we support with the various aspects of the local community. Through these relationships PCL strives to increase community integration and active involvement which results in opportunities for advocacy, connections and ongoing learning opportunities.
