Seven Sisters International

We believe in a God of compassion and justice who calls us to bring relief to the oppressed and powerless. Seven Sisters International, a non-profit charitable organization, provides holistic, transformational rehabilitative care to girls rescued from trafficking and abuse in India. Seven Sisters Home is a family style home for minor girls who have been rescued from trafficking and abuse. Our professional staff tends to the physical, psychological, educational, and spiritual needs of each child. We operate an accredited school with specialized curriculum and follow up job skills training and placement. Our goal is to nurture and empower our girls toward full independence. Our work is headquartered in Assam, one of the “Seven Sisters” states of northeast India. Many girls are trafficked from this ethnically distinct tribal region to distant parts of India. After rescue and return to Assam, quality aftercare is vital to their recovery and healing. Seven Sisters Home is the first of its kind in the region.
