We believe that investing in women and women's empowerment means unlocking a world of potential. Empowering women means empowering a whole family, a whole community, a whole generation.

Who We Are

The Glow Exchange is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that creates transformative and sustained impact on intergenerational poverty through empowering women in diverse communities. We bring about this transformation by our holistic approach to a sustainable development program, which incorporates and emphasizes human capital in our curriculum. A team of women from developed communities, our Glow Exchange Team, co-creates courses in Confidence & Leadership, Self esteem & Expression, and Guidance & Counselling, in addition to practical courses in financial literacy, tailoring, crafting, and hairdressing, all aimed at equipping the communities with the tools to create thriving businesses.
