The World Is Just A Book Away

WIJABA's mission is to promote literacy and education by developing libraries and programs that plant the seeds of leadership, environmental consciousness, and community connection. In 2015, WIJABA continues to establish libraries and educational programs that have reached more than 35,000 children in Indonesia and Mexico since it's inception in October, 2008. The children of Padang, Sidoarjo, and orphans of Bali, Indonesia as well as the children in Chihuahua, Mexico, have little to no access to books because of natural disasters and poverty. These same children now now have hope for a brighter future through books and a well-rounded education provided through our libraries.
