Our Mission

Today's Youth Matter exists to serve vulnerable children in the San Francisco Bay Area. TYM fulfills its vision of transforming kids' lives through high impact experiences, summer and winter camps , and year-round adult mentors. TYM's goal is to replace old memories with new memories.

Who We Are

TYM was founded 25 years ago when founder Marilyn Siden moved to California in 1989 after serving vulnerable children with a program in Oregon. Today's Youth Matter was born out of both her personal heart's desire and a number of others with the same heart for children and a real need in the Bay Area.
