Two01 Basketball Academy was founded in 2015 by C.S.C.S. Stacey Daniels. Daniels a former Division 1 and international basketball player, His sole purpose is to “BUILD THE FUTURE ONE PLAYER AT A TIME” Stacey being a multi sport athlete in college developed the philosophy that a athlete who doesn't build his or her body is walking untapped potential. It is through this he was able to develop the Two01 Basketball Academy and most recent the Two01 Explosiveness Academy. Both academies were built upon the dynamic principals that each athlete can reach his or her full potential through dynamically progressive functional strength training movements that focus on building an athletes stabilizer and rapid twitch muscles. Two01 Basketball Academy is available to athletes in the following states New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Pennsylvania, Washington DC and coming soon to Charlotte. We work with athletes ages 5 and up. Our basketball specific strength and conditioning training is also available in the training manual form. We offer athlete everywhere the opportunity to train with us via request. We do Team training events
