Our Mission

VIP has a full continuum of culturally proficient services from a 24/7 live bilingual hotline (English/Spanish), emergency shelter and transitional housing, as well as community based services.

Who We Are

Founded in 1984 en the East Harlem section of New York (El Barrio), VIP was the first Latina organization of its kind in New York State. We now work across New York City serving a very diverse population.
