Our Mission
The mission of the Women's Refuge of Vero Beach is to provide a live-in Christian program where hurting women can find sanctuary in a healing environment, and to provide a non-residential Christian program for all peoples who are serious about becoming disciples of Jesus Christ.
Who We Are
The Women's Refuge was founded in 1997 by Ted and Donna Lee Robart for women who are experiencing emotional, mental and spiritual problems. The Refuge offers a residential program, a non-residential program, and groups for the purpose of healing the whole person through Christ. From the beginning, women have found freedom from the debilitation of depression, anxiety and broken relationships, and have gone back to their homes, churches and communities victorious.
