Our organization provides programs and services that provide help in creating or re-establishing a bridge to independence. From day care to job training; emergency housing to home modification loans to keep seniors in their homes; providing a small business center that launches and support entrepreneurs and programs for youth through age 24 to receive mentoring and job training, our programs touch the lives of clients across the lifespan helping to break the cycle of economic inequality by giving them the tools to set and achieve significant goals.

Connections to Independence (C2i) is a unique organization that provides services to connect permanent placement providers, community-based organizations and Counties in a formalized partnership to provide support for youth in foster care. Services are specifically designed to meet the County's goals for preparing youth for a healthy, balanced life as productive adults and citizens as they age out of the foster care system. C2i values are based on a healthy mind, body, and soul philosophy with service outcomes focused on five core competencies: Financial Literacy, Housing, Employment, Education and Personal Wellness. C2i services are individualized by meeting youth at their level and developing a comprehensive Independent Living Plan that encompasses the youth's dreams, goals, and aspirations for their life during and after foster care.

Conservation Colorado works to protect Colorado’s environment and quality of life by mobilizing people and electing conservation-minded policy makers. In 2015, we are tackling everything from finalizing Colorado’s state water plan and ensuring the passage of the Environmental Protection Agency’s Clean Power Plan, to moving key public lands and wilderness bills that will protect iconic places across Colorado.
