We are dedicated to working closely with community, private, and governmental organizations to preserve the extraordinary heritage of our nation's estuaries. Our mission is the protection and restoration of bays and estuaries as essential resources for our nation. Our sphere of work includes: • On-the-ground restoration projects that engage local communities. • Production of an array of collaborative tools, reports and resources to guide the restoration process, including A National Strategy to Restore Coastal and Estuarine Habitat, and The Economic and Market Value of Coasts and Estuaries: What’s at Stake • Uniting the national restoration community, key decision makers and local citizens through our biennial national conference and through our national outreach efforts.
