ICNC/KINZIE INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION
ICNC advocates for the interest of business on Chicago’s Nearwest Side. ICNC strengthens both start-up & emerging companies by providing business development assistance as well as information and links to public and private resources and services. ICNC, an employer-driven organization, develops programs and services in response to the needs of the companies it represents. In addition to the $2.5 million a year in revenue from its incubator (operated by ICNC and its 501 (c)(3) affiliate, the Kinzie Industrial Development Corp or KIDC), ICNC receives over $700,000 a year in funding from government and foundation grants – positioning it to offer extensive no-cost services to local companies and tenants. Today, ICNC is comprised of over 400 member companies and represents the Nearwest side’s rapidly growing business community, comprised of over 2,000 small businesses. The Nehemiah Foundation is a Leadership Organization that undergirds and supports 28 local non-profits in Springfield/Clark County, Ohio. The reach of these organizations spans physical, emotional and spiritual needs of children and adults. Local non-profits collaborate together to meet people with needs such as housing, addiction, human trafficking, mental health counseling, trauma counseling, soup kitchen, education and medical treatment for pregnancy, after-school children's programs, tutoring and reading programs, Youth service and education programs, hope for the incarcerated, and more.

Founded in 1991, Atlanta Community ToolBank is America’s largest tool-lending resource, dedicated to equipping the charitable sector for service. More than 200 local nonprofits, schools and organized service groups borrow over 1 million dollar’s worth of ATL ToolBank tools each year, equipping over 55,000 local volunteers for service. In turn, those dedicated volunteers complete 2,100 community improvement projects annually. When you spot blue-handled tools building wheelchair ramps, refurbishing youth centers, maintaining parks, play spaces and so much more - that’s your ATL ToolBank at work.

We do Environmental Education programs for school groups, the public, community center groups, and scouts. We manage 160 acres for native wildlife, working hard to rid the land of invasive species. We are a private sanctuary. To protect and preserve the land, we are only open to the public for specific programs though we conduct private tours regularly.
