Participants at Vincent House have access to the entire range of training opportunities in our Recovery through Work Partnership, including socialization, work, education, and shared responsibility. Vincent House members develop skills, achieve educational goals, obtain paid employment, find friendship, pursue careers and lead purposeful lives. Vincent House is a family-founded, not-for-profit organization that relies on a financial partnership with members and their families. Tuition covers approximately one half the actual cost of services; financial assistance is available to eligible applicants and their families. Vincent House leads adults with mental illness on a journey to wellness, with work being the core healing process.

Dributts

The Dributts diaper was created to work in extreme environments with hot climates and where there is no running water or electricity. Our main focus is to prevent sickness and disease caused from uncontrolled fecal matter. The diaper is made to wash in a bucket with soap and water and hang up to dry quickly. The diaper is made of two parts, the outer shell and the insert. The outer shell is made of dri-fit material, which is breathable. The insert is made of bamboo and another highly-absorbent material. It is folded in thirds and inserted into the pocket of the diaper.

Since 1982, Food Share of Lincoln County has led community efforts in awareness and elimination of hunger in Lincoln County. Through ever increasing community outreach and partnerships, we strive to provide much needed services to our clients and our county. Food Share of Lincoln County distributes emergency food boxes through seven affiliated pantries located in the Coastal Range, Lincoln City, Depoe Bay, Newport, Waldport, Siletz and Toledo. In addition to the pantries, we provide assistance in the form of food, and other donated items to local partner agencies. Our support helps stretch the agency’s budget thereby allowing them to provide more direct client services. Food Share distributes over 900,000 pounds of food each year from various sources including Oregon Food Bank, USDA commodities, local farms, retailers, individual and small business donors.

At Alpha Women’s Center of Grand Rapids (AWC), we walk alongside women who are experiencing challenging circumstances, such as an unplanned pregnancy, by providing a safe place to make choices. AWC empowers women to thrive by offering holistic care through free and confidential services. These services include pregnancy tests, limited ultrasounds, one-on-one mentoring, and a single mom's support group. Educational classes include GED completion course, English as a Second Language, Parenting Class, and Pregnancy Education. Our hope is that every client will say that Alpha Women’s Center of Grand Rapids is the best place to go for help.
