Youth Outreach Services (YOS) is a non-profit comprehensive youth services agency. YOS serves at-risk youth, ages 12 to 21 years, and their families, who are struggling at school, at home, or in their communities throughout Chicago and Cook County . We help youth to overcome their challenges through programs that may fall into four specific service categories: Counseling Services/Behavioral Health, Prevention Services, Child Welfare/Foster Care, and Juvenile Justice.
