Founded in Richmond, VA in 1998 by four YWAM staff and professionals who met to pray together, the Student Mobilization Centre is today a wholly religious not-for-profit 501(c)(3) Virginia corporation. SMC now operates as a foreign not-for-profit corporation in New Jersey. SMC is thankful for the Lord’s faithfulness and we stand ready to serve as witness to our Lord’s commitment to disciple the nations, His desire to release a new generation of students in His work, and His faithfulness to all generations through the Centre’s multi-faced activities, in the years ahead. SMC receives no government support.
