Educate Tomorrow

Educate Tomorrow is a Miami-based 501(c)(3) organization that was founded in 2003 to support transitioning foster youth and other disadvantaged youth through education, mentoring and development of life skills. Foster youth receive a great number of support services that nearly all stop as soon as they exit foster care. One program that is available to former foster and homeless youth pursuant to Florida statute is free tuition at any state school of higher education. Educate Tomorrow has successfully supported 89 college graduates to date and we are currently working to support up to 500 in 2016.

CWOB brings brighter futures to animals in need on both sides of the border. Our programs are directed at bringing lifesaving veterinary care, spay/neuter and rescue to the animals who need us the most. The CEC is a faith-based non-profit agency serving Tarrant County families in crisis. Among the services provided to impoverished individuals and families are: food and income support, financial coaching, counseling, employment and education services. These resources and services help individuals to improve income potential through education and job skills training. Our mission to “Unlocking the future of South Africa” is by providing the long term mentoring relationships these children need not only to survive, but to thrive as citizens and leaders. Neuropathy Alliance of Texas

In 2009 Nancy Herlin and Marjory Haddix met and shared their experiences of caring for a family member with CIDP (Chronic Inflammatory Demyelinating Polyneuropathy). After realizing how comforting it was to talk with someone who had been through similar experiences, the two decided to start an organization for people in the Austin area affected by neuropathy in order to share information and provide support in the journey with neuropathy. The two found others interested in achieving the same goals and who wanted and needed those goals to be met.
